MISSION STATEMENT
Live Oak Wellness was started to create a space and community that encourages health and wellness in all facets. Personal health is often seen as something of a luxury, but taking care of your mental, physical, and emotional well-being is essential to creating and maintaining the life you would like to live.
Here at Live Oak Wellness, our goal is to support, educate, and provide resources to reduce stress, recover from injuries, strengthen your body, educate your mind, and develop the systems and habits that can generate a successful life.

Leah began her health and wellness journey in college. Going to school for her bachalors and masters in psychology from a place of wanting to understand and help the mental issues that plague the modern world. Realizing that for humans, the mental and physical are intrinsically connected, Leah began studying massage therapy after college. after graduating with her LMT, Leah started her own business, Bare Soul Massage, as a way of helping and healing the people in her community.

Russell has a diverse history in volunteer work, education, project management, sports, engineering, and social networking. The decision to build and develop Live Oak Wellness as a center for all aspects of wellness, education, and growth originated from a deep-seated desire to change the world, develop a community, and help open the conversation about the multi-facet nature of health and individual well-being.
Live Oak Movement Studio
We offer classes and workshops in an ever-expanding library of subjects. Even if there isn’t anything interesting to you right now, please check back as we update the offerings in the space. And don’t forget to check out the other businesses here!
Gentle Pilates Flow with Amy
This Gentle Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles in a safe way. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. This is an all-levels fitness class.

Pilate with Amy are be paused for the summer, classes will resume in September 2024
Barre Body with Eliza
A low-impact, high-intensity, challenging workout. This class combines elements from barre, ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Lengthen and strengthen while challenging your balance and sculpting your muscles. This class is 60 minutes, it is set to music, and will be practiced “off the wall” without a barre for an additional challenge.
